Administrative Clerk

Administrative Clerks, aka Administrative assistants, typically work under the direction of an administrative manager or as part of a team or specific group. Duties are mixed but normally involve a mix of secretarial and administrative functions with other more specific/ad hoc duties depending on the particular position.
Typical administration procedures includes:
Conduct daily balancing
Receipt invoices in the system
Batch supplier invoices
Conduct weekly trial balances.
Keying sales dockets.
Finalising of completed customer dockets and purchase orders.
Run weekly reports to Support Centre.
Finance contract batching.
Reconciling petty cash.
A leading sleep and furniture store is currently looking for enthusiast admin clerks to join their dynamic and exciting sales team. Successful applicants will need to be able to perform the aforementioned administration procedures as well as customer service which includes notifying customers when goods have arrived and organise pick up or delivery, answering customer enquiries and provide assistance.
Other specifics includes ordering stationary supplies for the store, effective use of computer system and observing/adopting company values. In return, successful applicants will be offered casual rates, uniforms, employee discount at group store ( including Snooze, Freedom ,Bay Leather Republic ) after qualifying period, and all the necessary training.
