I absolutely love the Cirque du Soleil so you can imagine my excitement when I first heard that they will be returning to Australia in July with Dralion - a stunning fusion of ancient Chinese circus tradition and the avant-garde approach of Cirque du Soleil.
Whether or not you have your tickets ready (I have!) there's a reason to be excited because a large number of jobs will be created by the touring production. Adecco is in charge of supplying casual public services and labour staff - or known as Cirquadors - for the Australia Dralion Tour and they invite you to become part of this world class production. Both casual public services staff and labour staff are needed to work across a combination of shifts to cover afternoons, evenings, weekends, single show days, double show days and public holidays.
Candidates who wish to work on the Australia Dralion Tour as a casual public services staff will need to demonstrate the following:
- Customer Service
- Ability to follow instructions
- Teamwork
- Sales Ability
- Flexibility
Candidates for the labour staff positions requires:
- Ability to follow instructions
- Flexibility
- Teamwork
The tour will take place across five Australian cities - Sydney, Canberra, Brisbane, Perth and Melbourne - with the first show due on July 16th, 2008 in Sydney. Application dates can be found here.
