An Executive Assistant plays an important role in providing a high level of administrative and secretarial support to a person in an executive role of a company i.e. the Executive Director.
Typically speaking, an executive assistant will be responsible for a range of duties that include, but not limited to:
- Provide support to staff of an executive level
- Monitor diary and prepare briefing documents
- Co-ordinate reports and monthly meetings
- Screen all telephone calls
- Assist with budgets and expense reports
If you are an experienced executive assistant looking to further your career with a globally recognised financial services company, an opportunity has risen for the right candidate to assist an Executive Director at a global financial giant in the Sydney CBD.
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- 5 years experience in a secretarial position (2 years at a senior level)
- Typing speed of 65 wpm
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
- The ability to manage conflicting priorities
- Previous exposure to the Superannuation funds industry desirable.
