General Surgeon
March 18th 2008 10:13
I'm fond of telling people that I would have been a great surgeon. I say this with confidence and a little bit of embellishment because it puts people off, especially when they see that all the coffee cups in my kitchen are either missing handles or are chipped.
I make this claim because I'm quite good at video games - at least, I'm better than some people, not better than others. But what I lack in raw aggression, I make up for with the sheer gracefulness of my gaming. In violent first-person-shooters, I'm like a dancing tiger - no, a leaping otter - that gets killed in the highest of fashions.
Despite my extensive qualifications, I'm probably not qualified to work as a General Surgeon for the impressive fee of $1600 per day.
General Surgeon wanted
It's for a little shire in country NSW. If you ask me - and I know you are - they've probably got a boy, perhaps an American, who has been ravaged by a werewolf, or even a werekangaroo. The villagers wants to keep in under their hats, but they can't let the boy die, or too many questions will be asked.
In any case, he's showing remarkable recovery. Almost as if he had supernatural healing powers....?
