Are you good at and enjoy working with numbers? Then this position as a casual night auditor/porter in the Front Office team of a brand new Formule 1 hotel at Sydney Olympic Park might suit you.
As a casual night auditor, you will be responsible for auditing and balancing all hotel transactions of the day, reporting, guest service and satisfaction, check in/out, taking guest reservations, night portering duties, guest/staff safety and security.
The successful applicant will have the following essential attributes:
Excellent presentation, grooming and communication skills
Previous Front Office experience using Fidelio - preferably in a similar role
Great numerical and time management skills
Customer focused
An excellent command of English
The ability to work alone on the night shift
Experience in a similar position, e.g night auditor/porter and experience in hotel reception/reservations is desirable.
This position offers the opportunity to develop in the offered role as well as the potential to advance at other Accor Hotels which includes Sofitel, Ibis, Mercure, Formule 1, Novotel, All Seasons and Coralia resorts throughout Australia and New Zealand.
