Movie extras
May 21st 2008 07:30
Movie extras are great for those looking for very minor parts in a feature film or movie and may lead to future work opportunities in the competitive film industry. For others that are not looking for future work opportunities, being a movie extra is a great way to earn some extra cash or see what it's like to work on the set of a movie.
A Franco-Australian feature film by the name of 'Atom Heart Mother' starring Australian actor Barry Otto is currently shooting in Sydney city and are looking for extras to feature in the film.
Movie extras are required for three days (3rd, 7th & 8th) in June and here is what they specifically need:
June 3rd (Tuesday) - A scene in a Japanese restaurant will be filmed between 7-11am and requires a couple (one man, one woman ) or two businessmen (you don't actually have to be a buisnessman, you just have to look like one, that's what acting is all about!).
June 7th (Saturday) - A very important shot on George Street (next to Town Hall and Woolworths) requires a lot of people for that scene. Hundreds of people are required no matter what you look like, where you come from, diversity is what is needed here.
June 8th (Sunday) - A scene in a medical centre requires one man or one woman in his/her 60's.
