Complaints Resolution Officer jobs
June 24th 2008 23:15
A Complaints/Problems Resolution Officer plays an important team role in solving complaints and delivering agitated customers the level of satisfaction as set forward by specific companies.
As a typical single-point-of-contact for customers, resolution officers are charged with overturning the unhappy experience of customers/clients and turning them into loyal customers by being responsive to their needs and listening carefully to their conditions of satisfaction.
If you have excellent interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication, or have negotiation and conflict resolution skills/experience, good team work and competency in a Windows PC environment, then the following role with a national peak disability rights and advocacy organisation might suit you.
The aforementioned organisation is looking for a temporary Intake and Assessment Officer to receive/assess/assist with the resolution of complaints against Disability Employment Network (DEN), business, VRS (including CRS Australia) and advocacy services funded by FaCSIA and DEWR.
This is currently a temporary (2-3 months) position but may well lead to a permanent role thereafter.
