Long gone are the days when you visit a petrol station just for fuel. Sure, that would probably still be your primary purpose but many people also buy convenience goods like bread and milk, magazines, cigarettes etc. after giving the car a good (and expensive) feed.
These stores inside the petrol station also lure you into spending by offering discounts on fuel after spending a couple of bucks on a Mars bar and coke so any discount you end up making on the fuel purchase is usually gone as you leave on your merry way, munching on that Mars bar you just bought.
Many petrol stations and their retail stores are open for 24 hours which means they will need a good rotation of staff to keep the business running for 24/7.
The Caltex Service Station in Sydney's eastern suburb of Randwick is currently looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Attendant for a variety of afternoon and night shifts. To become a Calstore Customer Service Attendant, you will need the following:
