It goes against conventional wisdom, but researchers at Loughborough University in the UK found that a 15-minute nap after a cup of coffee was all that was needed to feel totally refreshed.
It sounds like an interesting experiment, and one that can help you cope with a tough day after a late night.

It's only a matter of time before scientists go to more hardcore drugs. After all, it's well-known that caffeine is a gateway research drug. Next, it'll be injecting speedballs then watching the MacNeil/Lehrer News Hour. Now that's a great nap!
