What it’s about?
A chocolatier is usually a pastry chef who specializes in making chocolate. They’ll also know how to make ice cream, sorbet, pralines, pastries, cakes and a range of yummo culinary delights.

Limitless supplies of fine chocolate. Need I go any further?
How do I become one?
There are pastry schools all over Australia. After you’ve learnt the basics you can move on towards becoming an apprentice and working up from there. There are also loads of competitions which will challenge you and give you the chance to build up a bit of a reputation.
