A Village manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of village's services, to ensure the facility's operational strategies are put into practice. For many, this is a role that will provide career advancement and development opportunities and is best suited to a candidate to who is friendly, supportive and interested in joining a dynamic team that is focused on providing a superior level of care for its clients.
Scalabrini Village, a retirement village for the aged in various locations throughout Sydney, is currently looking for a Village manager to work with their dedicated team of 50 staff at a 75 bed combined high care/low care facility.
Due to continued growth and development, a Village manager is required to oversee all aspects of the Village's services which currently includes a nursing home, a chapel, hostel and self-care accommodation. Specific duties include: Assisting and actively supporting your right-hand person, the Clinical Care Manager in their duty of care towards Scalabrini Village's residents; Effective resource/labour management and accountable employee management and many more.
The successful applicant will be rewarded with a remuneration package of $85,000 p.a.and bonus on meeting Key Performance Measures.
